Any items that are to be evaluated:
Should be sent complete. Display and any supporting cables should be included.
A brief description of the reason the unit is sent for evaluation if possible.
There is an evaluation fee plus shipping and handling for controllers that are found to have no trouble with them.
The evaluation fee is waived when the controller is found to have somewthing wrong with it, and the repair charge along witht he shipping and handling are applied.
There is a two week return on most repairs as long as there aren't any parts that need to be special ordered.
To expedite your repair a Name, Address, and how you would like the parts returned to you should be listed in a cover letter. Along with how you would like the charges to be applied.
